Terms of service

These terms are between you and 8SENECA (“we”, “us”) and cover your use of Perpetua. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use it.
The service
Perpetua performs LinkedIn activity for your own account — liking and commenting on posts, sending connection invitations, inviting connections to follow a Company Page you administer, and publishing posts — within daily limits per action. The limits are fixed by the plan you are on and may change.
Your account
- You must be 18 or over and give accurate details.
- Keep your sign-in secure. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
- You must own the LinkedIn account you connect or have the account owner’s permission. If it is a work account, you confirm that your employer allows this use.
LinkedIn’s rules, and your risk
LinkedIn’s own terms restrict automated activity. We pace actions and keep them within conservative limits, but we cannot promise LinkedIn will never limit, restrict or close an account. You use the service at your own risk and accept that LinkedIn may act against your account. We are not affiliated with LinkedIn.
What goes out under your name
Comments and posts are written with the help of AI and sent from your account. Post drafts are held for your review by default; comments are sent without per-comment approval. They may be imperfect. You are responsible for the content that is published from your account, including if you turn off draft review.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to:
- send spam, or contact people who have asked not to be contacted;
- harass, deceive or impersonate anyone;
- post unlawful, hateful or misleading content;
- try to get around the daily limits, or interfere with the service or other customers.
Availability
We aim to keep the service running but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or that every action will succeed. Runs can be skipped or fail, for example when LinkedIn changes its pages or refuses an action. We may change, pause or remove features.
Fees
The service is currently provided without charge during the trial. If we introduce paid plans, the price and what is included will be shown to you before you are charged.
Ending your use
You can stop at any time, and delete your account from the account menu (see the privacy policy). We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, if your use puts other customers or the service at risk, or if we stop offering the service.
No warranty and limits on liability
The service is provided “as is”, without promises about results such as follower counts, engagement or leads. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss from a LinkedIn restriction on your account, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms. We will change the date above, and tell you about material changes. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.
